Refund & Return Policy

RAICES First Annual Celebration of our Raices

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
Tickets purchased for the RAICES – First Annual Celebration of our Raices are non-refundable. As this is a fundraising event, all proceeds directly support the programs and mission of The Raices Collaborative.

2. Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to another guest. Please notify us by email at [insert email] with the new guest’s name at least 48 hours before the event so we can update our guest list.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is canceled by The Raices Collaborative, ticket holders will be offered the option to convert their purchase into a donation (with a tax-deductible receipt) or request a full refund.
  • If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund or convert your ticket into a donation.

4. Donations and Sponsorships
All donations and sponsorship contributions are considered charitable gifts and are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, sponsors will still receive recognition and benefits as agreed.
